Alice Achieng lived the dream life after getting a job with the United Nations early in life.

The pay was amazing, she had investments, and was KSh 4 million shy of finishing a mortgage on a KSh 54 million dream house in Runda.

When her boss started making moves on her and she turned him down, her employment came to an abrupt end and took with it everything she had amassed for 19 years.

“The bank gave me one week to clear the KSh 4 million. When I was not able to, they auctioned my house,” the teary Alice said
